HEALTHCALL BOURNEMOUTH:
Flint IT provides IT support for all the branches of Healthcall nationwide. Here at the Bournemouth branch they keep a constant eye on our PCs and servers, keeping them up and running and ensuring that we can keep working.
Flint IT have provided our office with backup and constantly monitor the backups being created, keeping our data safe and making sure we don't lose any important business data. As well as these local backups, Healthcall store all their most important data and access emails through a collective data centre in an offsite location. Flint IT have provided us with a secure connection (VPN) to this data centre, meaning that we can access the files we need at all times and also interact easily with our head office in Luton.
We work in a serviced office which means that we have a local service provider who takes care of any technical issues. Despite this we still rely on Flint IT to maintain our IT systems and we phone them directly if we ever experience a problem. Flint IT work well with the local service providers in our building, cooperating where there is a problem to bring about a speedy and effective solution for us.
The people at Flint IT are friendly and easy to work with. We have no hesitations about calling them the minute something goes wrong, as we know that they will explain the problem and solution to us in a way we can understand.

JUST ENVELOPES:
Flint IT manage our IT systems, constantly monitoring what goes on in the background and troubleshooting the majority of problems before we see them. They also look after our small business server ensuring that we stay online and in communication with the outside world. We have complete confidence in Flint IT's helpdesk service, we know we can call them whenever we have a problem and they will sort it out quickly.
In early July a weekend power cut caused some problems with our IT. Before we had really noticed a problem we received a call from Flint IT informing us that they had noticed a problem. They diagnosed a faulty network switch and were on site with a replacement within two hours. We know that, should anything like this happen again, Flint IT will be working hard behind the scenes to keep any downtime to a minimum. Our business continuity is their priority.

PATRICK SADDLERY:
Flint IT was recommended to us and we contacted them to create a website. We are very happy with the website they have made; it looks professional and has become an essential part of our company. Flint IT continues to update and monitor the website as requested so that it runs without any problems.
Flint IT have also configured our office PCs and set them up with antivirus software. They have updated our virus protection whenever necessary.
In addition we have full access to the Flint IT helpdesk facility and know that if we ever log a call their technicians will be on the phone to fix our problem very quickly. Their remote support is a very positive aspect for us as we are based further away than the majority of Flint IT's customers. Despite this we have never had a major problem that Flint IT haven't been able to sort out quickly over the phone.
